Pay by the Hour Jobs

There are a few places that offer a real work at home, pay by the hour, if that is what you are interested in. I have read their websites. Checked into joining and researched them online. There are both good and bad reviews but mostly good.

With west.com, you work at home. Set up your office in a quiet place. You must have a dedicated land line and an ear set connected to your computer. You must also have a decent internet system that is powerful enough to access the customer information while talking on the phone.
West.com does say that they will pay you to train. You then would be able to sign up for shifts. The shifts are available 24 hours a day so you may only be able to work at 2 a.m. etc... The best shifts get taken rather quickly from what I have learned but the longer you participate that seems to improve.
There are also penalties for not working a shift that you sign up for. If you miss a certain number of shifts, they will deem that you are unreliable and put you on probation. Which makes perfect sense to me, since no one wants to work with unreliable staff.
I have seen numerous positive testimonials from people that actually do work with west.com.

Another job is alpineacess.com, they offer about the same opportunity that west.com does.

So if an hourly job is right for you, then check them out.
